Terms of service

These terms apply to every purchase from tallyandtulip.com (the "Store"), operated by Tally & Tulip in Melbourne, Australia. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. What we sell

We sell digital products only: editable spreadsheet workbooks (.xlsx), self-contained offline HTML tools, PDF guides and related files. No physical goods are shipped. Each product page lists the files, software requirements and practical limits of that product.

2. Orders and delivery

Prices are shown in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. After payment is confirmed you will receive an email with a download link, and the files are also available from your order confirmation page. Download links may expire or have a download limit; contact us if you need the files re-sent.

3. Licence

Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the files for your own planning. You may edit, print and save copies for personal use. You may not resell, share, redistribute, sublicense or publish the files, templates, designs or guides, in whole or in part, or use them to build a competing product.

4. Not professional advice

Our products are planning tools. Worked examples, figures and names are fictional. Nothing in our products or content is financial, legal or professional advice. You are responsible for checking your own figures and decisions.

5. Software compatibility

Workbooks are built for recent versions of Microsoft Excel. Other spreadsheet applications may not support every feature. Offline tools run in a modern desktop browser and keep data on your own device; there is no cloud sync. Please check the "Files and software" section before buying.

6. Refunds

See our Return and refund policy. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected.

7. Intellectual property

All products, designs, text, images and videos on the Store are owned by Tally & Tulip and protected by copyright. The Tally & Tulip name and logo may not be used without written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to re-supplying the product or refunding the price paid. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost data, lost time or decisions made using the products.
