Return and refund policy

Tally & Tulip sells digital products only: spreadsheet workbooks, offline browser tools and PDF guides delivered as downloads. Nothing is posted to you.

Digital downloads

Because our products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, we generally do not offer refunds or exchanges once the download link has been issued, including for change of mind, purchasing the wrong product, or software compatibility you could have checked in the product description before buying.

Please read the "Files and software" and "Useful details before you buy" sections on each product page before purchasing. Preview images on each product page show the actual files.

When we will help

your download link does not work or has expired before you downloaded the files;
a file is corrupted, incomplete or does not match the product description;
you were charged more than once for the same order.

We will re-send the files, supply a replacement, or refund the purchase where the product is faulty or not as described.

Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under that law, including your right to a remedy if a product is faulty, not fit for purpose, or does not match its description.
