Shipping policy
Tally & Tulip sells digital downloads only. There is nothing to ship, no shipping cost and no delivery address required.
How you receive your files
- As soon as your payment is confirmed, an email with your download link is sent to the address used at checkout. The link also appears on the order confirmation page.
- Delivery is usually instant. If the email has not arrived within 15 minutes, check your spam or promotions folder, then contact us with your order number.
- Files are delivered as a ZIP archive. Download it on a computer and extract it before opening the workbook, PDF guide or offline tools.
Download limits
Download links may have a limit on the number of downloads or an expiry date. If your link no longer works, use the contact form and we will re-send it.
Where we sell
Because the products are digital, they can be purchased from anywhere. Prices are shown in Australian dollars unless your region shows another currency at checkout.
