Questions about the files
What do I get when I buy a planner?
Each planner is a single ZIP download. Most include an editable Excel workbook (.xlsx), an offline browser tool (an HTML file), a PDF guide and a START-HERE file that tells you which file to open first. The Wedding Planner Bundle also includes a Seating Planner. Wedding Stationery Studio is a browser tool with a PDF guide and has no workbook. Each product page lists its exact files.
What software do I need?
You need software that opens .xlsx files for the workbook, a current desktop web browser with JavaScript for the offline tools, and a PDF reader for the guide. We have tested the files in Microsoft Excel and Google Chrome on Windows.
Do the workbooks work in Google Sheets, Apple Numbers or Excel for Mac?
The workbooks use standard spreadsheet functions with no macros, add-ins or external links. We have only tested them in Microsoft Excel on Windows, so other spreadsheet programs may display some formatting or features differently. Check the "Files and software" section on each product page before buying.
Can I use the planners on my phone?
We recommend a computer for setting up and for longer planning sessions. The Honeymoon, Hens, Move-in, Couples Home and Wedding Stationery browser tools adapt to phone screens. The Wedding Planning Studio and Seating Planner are best used on a computer.
Do the browser tools need an internet connection or an account?
No. The browser tools open from a file on your computer and run offline. There is no account, and nothing you enter is uploaded. Your information is saved in that browser, so download a backup after important changes.
Questions about buying and delivery
How do I receive my files?
As soon as your payment is confirmed, we email a download link to the address used at checkout, and the link also appears on your order confirmation page. Delivery is usually instant. If the email has not arrived within 15 minutes, check your spam or promotions folder, then contact us with your order number.
How much do the planners cost?
Each of the six planners is A$9.90. The Complete Planning Collection includes all six for A$29.90. Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable.
Can I get a refund?
Because the files are delivered instantly, we generally do not refund change-of-mind purchases. Contact us within 30 days if your download link does not work, a file is corrupted or incomplete, a file does not match its description, or you were charged twice. We will re-send the files, supply a replacement, or refund the purchase where the product is faulty or not as described. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected. Is anything posted to me?
No. All products are digital downloads. There is nothing to ship and no shipping cost.
Questions about using the planners
Can I share the planners with my partner or family?
Your purchase is a personal licence for your own planning. You may share completed plans with people helping you, but please do not resell or redistribute the blank templates or tools.
Do the workbook and the browser tool sync with each other?
No. They are separate ways to keep your records, so choose one as your main record for each part of your plan.
Are the examples in the files real?
No. Every example name, booking and amount is fictional. The examples show how the tools work, and they do not feed into your own totals.
Is this financial or legal advice?
No. Our products are planning and record-keeping tools. Check your own figures and decisions, and speak to a professional where you need advice.
